For our mortgage advice services, we will charge a fee of between £149 and £399. Once we have sufficient information to determine your fee, we will confirm this to you in writing. The fee is subject to a maximum of £399. The determining factors of the fee amount will be based on the complexity, loan size and the time involved with the application.
In certain circumstances our broker fee may be waivered such as an existing client relationship.

We will also be paid a procuration fee from the lender. The amount of the procuration fee will be disclosed to you.
